Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager

PURPOSE OF JOB

Support the daily operations of the department in an effective, efficient and in a customer centric manner.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Ensure the effective administration of Sales Team.
  2. Responsible for relevant Sales reports for Management.
  3. Handling of all credits from Dealers.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS NEEDED FOR THE JOB

Minimum Required Education Matric / Grade 12
Advantageous Marketing Diploma or Degree

New Holland or Northmec Product Experience

Related experience ·        2-3 years: Experience in handling all the administrative related duties

·        2-3 years: Experience in displaying a superior customer service

·        1-2 Years: Parts Sales Experience
